SalesCore

Real Estate CRM in Egypt

SalesCore is a CRM built specifically for real-estate agencies and developers in Egypt. It handles the parts a general CRM does not: unit inventory down to the floor plan, off-plan projects with payment plans, EOI and reservation documents, and commission splits between the setter and the closer. Each agency runs on its own installation with its own database.

Unit inventory, not a list of deals

Developers and agencies sell units, not abstract opportunities. SalesCore models that directly, so a rep can see what is actually available before promising it to a client.

  • Project → phase → unit, with live availability
  • Holds that expire on their own, so a reserved unit does not sit blocked forever
  • Per-unit payment plans computed from the project's terms
  • A phase map with clickable pins
  • Bulk import from Excel, because the stock already lives in a spreadsheet

Off-plan projects your team can actually sell from

A shared catalogue of developer projects, kept in one place instead of in each rep's phone.

  • Unit types and prices, payment plans, facilities, location and distance
  • Phases and areas as tabs, with photos and video
  • A client-shareable link per project, so a rep sends a page rather than a screenshot
  • Internal commission recorded per project, visible only to the people who should see it

The paperwork, generated rather than retyped

The documents that follow a sale are produced from the data already in the system.

  • EOI with sequential numbering, deposit, company logo and reusable note templates
  • Bilingual Arabic and English contract templates, filled from the unit and the buyer
  • Buyer file attached to the unit once it is sold

Leads, WhatsApp and the follow-up that decides the deal

Most lost deals in this market are lost to response time, not to price.

  • A response stopwatch on every lead, with escalation when it runs out
  • A WhatsApp number per rep — send from a lead, a pipeline card, a task or a call
  • Facebook and Instagram lead ads routed to a rep per Page
  • Commission split between the setter who sourced the lead and the closer who won it
  • Buyer requests matched automatically against your stock and SalesCore Market

Common questions

Is SalesCore available in Arabic?

Yes. The interface supports Arabic with full right-to-left layout and a one-click language switch, and the AI reads and writes Arabic — WhatsApp messages, CVs and call transcripts. Interface translation is still being extended screen by screen, so some deeper screens remain in English for now.

Can I import the units I already have in Excel?

Yes. Developer unit inventory imports from Excel, which is where this stock normally lives. Projects, phases and units come in together rather than being retyped.

Does it connect to WhatsApp?

Each salesperson links their own number by scanning a QR code, then sends from inside a lead, a pipeline card, a task or a call. Managers get a team view, and an optional end-of-day summary goes to a WhatsApp group.

Is my data separate from other agencies?

Yes, and this is a structural choice rather than a setting. Every customer gets their own installation with their own database, so one agency's data cannot be queried from another's account by any means.

How much does it cost?

Plans are priced per year with the core CRM included, and specialised modules such as developer unit inventory are added on top. The pricing page lists every number.

The fastest way to judge it is against your own stock and your own pipeline. We will walk through it with your data, not a demo dataset.
